Oled monitor input lag?

Hello I am having this problem for a long time where my mouse feels floaty heavy and my monitor looks delayed,blurry and not sharp when looking around in any game.

I thought maybe something is interfering with the monitor and covered the backpart with foil and that made everything very responsive again but only for a short while now the monitor feels delayed again.

I have the OLED PG27AQDM, I have tried to use another monitor and have the same issue so is this a problem with my pc however covering the monitor with foil seemed to help for a short while?
