mouse slowing down on gun side

I am reaching out for your expertise because I have a strange problem when I switch the viewmodel of my weapon in cs2 or valorant to the other side, the mouse slows down on that side. This creates an unpleasant sensation. I have already changed my graphics card, but it didn’t help; the problem persists. Is this an issue with the GPU, Windows, or something else? I should mention that all my mice have the same issue.
