XL2566K Gsync VS Dyac (FPS cap?)

Hey guys, I'm a Competitive VALORANT player at a decent level. I own the XL2566K and I'd like some help deciding whether to use gsync or dyac (and some information or resources too if possible).

I get 700 fps average and its pretty stable, I'm currently playing with dyac premium but I'm unsure if gsync is better, I thought it wouldn't be at such high framerates. Also, would I be better capping my fps?

To summarise I'd like some help with

- gsync vs dyac
- fps cap or unlimited
- anything else to keep in mind?
