Using both Chrome 32 and Firefox 26, TestUFO says 60hz. The tests also don't look right. However, I verified I'm at 120Hz in the monitor OSD, and in Windows to be sure. I know the tests used to work properly.

Monitor is VG248QE, using ToastyX Strobelight on ASUS GTXTITAN-6GD5 with Geforce driver 331.65 WHQL. I know the TestUFO tests USED to work. I'm gonna try updating my video driver to 332.21 in just a sec.

Updating to 332.21 didn't fix it. Still shows 60Hz on the site.

Verify:
- Aero mode. Do not use classic. Do not use Basic.
- Close all apps and windows on all monitors, use only primary monitor, Testufo as only window
- Troubleshoot http://www.testufo.com/browser.html
- Related thread at http://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=191

Hope this helps. Let me know if you find the cause of the problem!
