Been looking at stuff online. It's hard because none of my local stores carry any 144hz monitors to look at and examine? Any future upgrade is like taking a shot in the dark. So I have come here asking? Which one? I have been eye ballin the AOC G2460PQU or BenQ XL2411Z and maybe the ASUS VG248QE?
I have a 24" LED 60hz ACER monitor that I got a really good deal from a store closing 2 or so years ago now and before that I had a 21.5" Samsung 60hz LCD which kicked ass for gaming compared to the ACER. Unfortunately I sold that monitor for $50 on craiglist. Ever since I got the ACER home I noticed right away how bright a LED is. Not only that but this monitor lags bad. I always notice scrolling up and down on a web page isn't as smooth as the Samsung. The Samsung was great and used it for my PS3 at the time. My kill to death shot up big time going from a TV to a monitor. ^_^ But know I'm done with playstation and getting into CS:GO because I miss that PS2 Socom experience. Any how?

"Best yet cheapest gaming monitor" is a little like a restaurant's "finest, cheapest champagne," i.e., A contradiction in terms.
Of the models you mention I'd be inclined to go with the BenQ for the Blur Reduction functionality.

Goto Amazon or Newegg, Type in 144hz and buy the cheapest.

I think its the LG 29um67, without question.
Because you get a widescreen, flicker free IPS @ 75hz and freesync. The enjoyment of that would be insane. And its the cheapest IPS with variable refresh rate out there for this year.
I know its not 144hz, but at least its not the awful 60hz. And, dude... its a 21:9 FREESYNC AND IPS.
144hz 16:9 TN screens are little bit more expensive. But 16:9 feels like pure claustrophobia after youve played on 21:9. Not to mention that IPS will actually make your game look beautiful.
