Just upgraded to Windows 10. Can still successfully overclock my 2560x1440 IPS to 120Hz using ToastyX's AMD pixel clock patcher and CRU.exe
I've verified that the screen is not skipping frames, by using Refresh Rate Multitool. However, when I try to verify this using TestUFO.com and Microsoft's new browser ("Edge") things get weird:
Firstly, it gives me a "successful" result of 60fps@60Hz.
Then, when I check my browser version, it thinks I have Chrome v42
Obviously, Edge is not Chrome, and even if it was, according to TestUFO any version of Chrome since v16 supports up to 120Hz with vSync..
Internet Explorer for Windows 10 also does not support 120Hw with vSync right now.
Probably one of a billion small things Microsoft still needs to iron out.

Internet explorer had this problem as well. It's well known and probably never be fixed.
