benq xl2411z or asus vg248qe for console an intermediete pc

I need help with picking a monitor between the two in the subject section, I love console gaming but i'm very interested in PC gaming for some reason especially after debating for years with this whole "PC master race" nonsense. I don't want to jump in spending a lot of money although the pc I want cost $1200. can anyone help?

$1200 for a PC will get you more than "intermediate"-level components if you build it yourself. That really involves only plugging some things in and screwing in some others. Just in case you didn't know. People like the XL2411Z here because of the blur-reduction utility, but there isn't that big of a difference.
