Hello,
Last week, I sent my BenQ XL2720Z off via RMA because of a big light bleed on the top right on the screen.
It was sent back to me a few days ago with the problem solved.
However, I now notice a bigger problem : when I start the screen, there are a lot of horizontal flickering lines. They are not always present and, sometimes, when I unplug/plug the power cord they disappear.
They are extremely noticable at 60Hz, less at 144.
Here's a video of the problem : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXc4YkW-79E
There are some artifacts from my camera but the horizontal lines are clearly visible. This is at 60Hz.
I'll probably contact BenQ again since it's under warranty but, before that, i'd like to educate myself.
What could this be? Is the panel damaged ?
What I tried :
- changing the power cord
- changing the DVI cable
- trying another screen on my computer : it works
Thank you
