I want to buy new monitor

hi guys i wanna buy new 144hz monitor cuz i have problem with my recent one the xl2720 and it is movies juddering and cant find any solution and cuz of it is 1080 and i wanna 1440 one there is 2 options for me here nothing else just recommend one of those to me i have no option else asus pg278q or ben q xl 2730> which one is better in colour and image quality and smoother in games .and thx
