xg2703gs vs Benq2735

Okay i got some more fund and i need help making my final decesion which monitor should i buy for fps gaming and sometimes some singplayer games like resident evil but mainly games like Overwatch lately been alot of PUBG which.
Should i get Viewsonic XG2703gs, Benq 2735, or one of the 240hz tn panels
Also what is DyAS on benq monitors and how doesnt it compare to gsync or ULMB i cannot find any info on it except then benq video but that looks fake well not fake but not like its put to test in a real situation their just starring at a wall or sumthing
