Not surprising since this is the GSYNC model.

I've noticed that NVIDIA does a really good job at calibrating the LCD overdrive to max-out the motion clarity of 240Hz. Not surprised that the NVIDIA-calibrated AOC is much better than the non-NVIDIA-calibrated AOC.

And far out-shining some very old LightBoost monitors that could only do ~75-100 nits during strobed. Reportedly the XL2546 strobing looks really damn good at some lower Hz and it supports strobing at all Hz (in 1Hz) increments from 75Hz through 240Hz..
Hi,
I would like to know if the Acer XB252Q is better than the Asus PG258Q mostly comparing ULMB quality and nits @144hz and the input lag and image quality @240hz with G sync, please. Thanks in advance! :)

May even be better than the other 240hz monitors in terms of motion blur but that is impossible to know without objective measurements by the same review site. Either way looks up to par with the best. In terms of the PG258Q's gamma it was reviewed to have a slightly lower default gamma than 2.2. And I can confirm through use that using the on screen setting of "2.4 gamma" is my prefered configuration. According to tftcentral, this gets you a gamma of 2.2.

No experience with the alienware monitor, looking up more info now.
let me tell You something.. AOC is a bunch of liars who send NOT existing monitors for review.
I just returned my 2nd ag251fg. Both had gamma 1.9 at highest setting and terrible backlight bleeding. nothing like pcmonitors review. I wrote to them about that and they recommended me another AOC monitor.... dunno about that.
The pursuit pictures looked bout the same as on pcmonitors review

Keep tuned. I'll have both monitors in my hands for Quarter 2 testing run.

My current expectation is that I'll have approximately five 240 Hz monitors for the new BlurBusters testing workflow -- possibly six. I already have some of them in my hands now!

Chief, would that list of 240 Hz monitors happen to include the LG 27GK750F-B? I'm very interested in this monitor but would like to hear the opinions of some true pros before making that purchase.

Hope to hear about how the Alienware 25 that I've tested, compares to others, like the ASUS and BenQ 240hz monitors in relation to motion blur, input lag and colors.

Hello guys, need your advice.

Currently have the BenQ XL2420z for a few years now and been wanting to try 240hz since I’m very sensitive to ghosting/motion blur. Will this benefit me or just stick to 144hz?

Which one is the one to get now? I’ve been eyeing the Acer one with gsync.

is the Acer better to get rather than the Asus model?
