would the BenQ GW2780 be good for little to no blur while gaming on an xbox one?

My friend bought a cheap Benq years ago, the colors were terrible and the OD was bad. it could not be fixed with anything I did. idk if these are any better but it looks like benq likes to lower the quality of their low end on purpose.

Dell has a pretty good history of low latency with good OD.
