I have made a custom CRU profile for true monitor scaling for XL2546 for csgo resolutions 1024x768 and 1440x1080 @ 240hz
I've removed the possibility to use 1920x1080 @ 240hz because I simply don't need it. You can add it back if you need it. 1920x1080 @ 144hz is available.
what do u mean by true monitor scaling and whats the difference between this and the default resolutions? what do u gain by doing this?
you gain a lot, this is "game changer" for anyone who play CSGO on a high level. (or any other fast paced fps game)
TRUE MONITOR SCALING means that you don't use your drivers control panel (nvidia control panel) to set your scaling (full, aspect, no-scaling) you use the monitors BUTTONS and therefore it's true monitor scaling. this is superior to GPU scaling in every way and hopefully I can wake up as many as possible to this fact.

Image

with gpu scaling your signal will always be the native resolution then gpu scales it down to the resolution you are using ingame.
(this picture shows true monitor scaling in working)

+++pros
+clearer image than gpu scaling
+snappier than gpu scaling
+faster and smoother than gpu scaling
+better for high fps gaming +240fps.
+no need for gpu scaling, less gpu usage for unnecessary things.
+you can change the aspect ratio "on the fly" while playing your game, no need to exit the game and go to nvidia control panel / amd control panel

---cons
-your friends will be jealous
-kinda hard to do if you don't understand the timings etc. (this is why I provided the CRU profile so you can test and feel the difference)
late question xD but this is work on xl2546k? the display scaling on k is so much worse than normal 2546

it works but is still blurry, thats why im using gpu scaling on the K model
