I've contacted another country support, and I've got a satisfying reply. They've replied promptly, and asked for specific information about the affected units.

In order to help them keep the relevant information in one place, it would be better to reply in the same email thread. So, I ask you guys to send me the required information, and I will forward it to them.
Send me a private message here at the forum with the following information about your 27GK750F:

Code: Select all
Country:
Cellphone: (i didn't send this)
Address: (i didn't send this)
Email:
Serial number:
Suffix code (e.g. ZA.BEKLYF):
Date of purchase:
Retailer:
Firmware version (optional):

Serial number and "suffix code" (product code) is displayed on the back of your monitor.

Thanks

There is a new LG OnScreenControl version released. http://gscs-b2c.lge.com/downloadFile?fi ... j65rKGm5pw
Other LG monitors were getting their updates through this software. Has anyone checked it yet?

I installed it but it didn't prompt me for any update. There is no update button in the settings either.

How much the input lag really is? I always rely on tftcentral to check if its ok or not. They got this:
