Looks good, except this one:
OSD brightness 0 = 143.43cd/m²
Whaat? That would be waaay too much for me for normal use (desktop work.) What's the issue here, I wonder? Do these super-bright backlights have issues operating at lower levels? I can't imagine LG doesn't provide brightness down to 90cd/m², or at least the recommended standard of 120cd/m².

I knew you'd have to sacrifice some contrast to get better color representation, but having to drop down to 600 and some change is crazy lol

It looks like the crazy uneven green push is a universal constant of that panel, at least judging by my personal experience and at least two professional reviews

AAAAAAAAA! I was running my 27GK750F at gamma mode 4 since I bought it, not knowing that it was inferior to gamma mode 2 and had lower contrast ratio too :D New calibration time.

Also noticed in tftcentral's review, the 'fast' setting seems to be the best overall, but it also seems to only barely transition fast enough for 240Hz. If it takes a pixel 4ms to transition, and a 240Hz refresh cycle lasts 4.17ms, isn't that terrible? The pixel will only sit at the correct colour for 0.17ms...

Before calibration, my monitor measures at approximately 990:1 contrast ratio with gamma mode 2 and 0 brightness, I think I got a little bit lucky there. After calibration (ColorMunki Smile with DisplayCAL) I still measure over 900:1. I wonder why tftcentral's sample needed to suffer so much in CR.

Well on fast their average was 2.7ms, and you need to consider is that you don't need the full transition before you can see the change. The transition is really fast at first but then slows down when it reaches 80%~ of the transition.

The contrast stuff is really strange, apparently they did try a lot of setting in the review.

The long pixel transition times would explain why did the screen seem smeary when panning in games, throughout my time with it... I posted about that here, but at the time, nobody would believe me.
Same thing with the high input latency... nobody would believe me before... now they do.
