A interesting video were GN goes over some cost differences between G-Sync and Freesync. I thought it was especially interesting that AMD has a validation cost.

Hopefully they can validate a little bit harder so that we don't get frame skipping 240hz AOC monitors :lol:

It seems that whole frame skipping ordeal wasn't just limited to AOC. Acer and ViewSonic were also shipping frame skipping monitors IIRC. Not sure if Asus did too.

If there was validation there, then I say it failed horribly. Maybe the engineer that day was drunk or something :P
