xl2540 240Hz on 144Fps ?

Hey there ,

to the first my english is very bad..... so sorry

i have a xl2540 240hz i play everyday playerunknowns-battlegrounds i get fps from 80 to 144

So now my Question ,

1. is it better to play with 144hz or 240hz with that low fps ? (or should i make 182hz vt)
2. Blur Reduction On or Off ?
