i bought the benq ex3200r yesterday
and i found a dark pixel visible to look from far distance, and i am just wonder if its dead pixel or not
should i ask for replacement?

Have you verified it's a pixel issue and not something like dirt on top? Try cleaning it with a damp display cleaning cloth.
Other than that, it's up to you if you want to return it or not. I would, but that's me.

Looks like a dark pixel. It's not dead, but it doesn't seem to be able to fully transition either. Or it could be a dust particle stuck on the pixel (behind the screen.)
If you're still in the 14 days period after buying where you can return a monitor for any reason, then you might as well make use of that. You might not be able to return it later if the monitor doesn't actually come with a so-called "zero pixels guarantee."
