please help : new monitor (dead pixel or not)

hi
i bought the benq ex3200r yesterday

and i found a dark pixel visible to look from far distance, and i am just wonder if its dead pixel or not

should i ask for replacement?

Have you verified it's a pixel issue and not something like dirt on top? Try cleaning it with a damp display cleaning cloth.

Other than that, it's up to you if you want to return it or not. I would, but that's me.

yup i tried to wipe it, no its a pixel issue, iam just wonder if its a dead or smudge or dark pixel

Looks like a dark pixel. It's not dead, but it doesn't seem to be able to fully transition either. Or it could be a dust particle stuck on the pixel (behind the screen.)

If you're still in the 14 days period after buying where you can return a monitor for any reason, then you might as well make use of that. You might not be able to return it later if the monitor doesn't actually come with a so-called "zero pixels guarantee."

refund two monitors

the first one with two dead pixels

and the second one with dead pixel and very bad backlight bleeding

any idea for good monitor 32 inch 1080p 144hz ?
