Hello
I have an issue I can't seem to resolve with my new rig. When 2 or more monitors are connected, I get a microstutter about every 5 seconds or so. If I disable all but 1 monitor, the issue goes away. This is a brand new CAD/Simulation/Rendering system that is very powerful. My specs are:
Mobo: Asus ROG Rampage VI Extreme
Processor: i9 7980xe
Graphics card: Nvidia P6000
Ram: 128gb Corsair Vengence
HDD: Samsung 970 Pro Nvme
Center monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG27UQ 27" 4K UHD 144Hz G-Sync
Left and right monitors: LG 27UK650-W 27" 4K UHD 60Hz non-G-Sync
Completely fresh install of Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.
Except for the Asus monitor running at 144hz, nothing is overclocked.
Each monitor when by itself, works great, including the ASUS at 144Hz.
When I use any combination of any of the 3 monitors, I get this micro stutter, Gsync on or off, with all configurations of supported refresh rates.
It's particularly annoying when manipulating models in CAD or watching youtube videos. If I want to play the occasional Overwatch, I have to disable the two LG monitors.
Any advice?
Micro stuttering
Re: Micro stuttering
I don't think there's a solution to that other than using the same refresh rate on all monitors.
