A noob question maybe...HELP!!

I have stuttering problems when i play games like Assassins creed Origins , PUBG , For honor… i have a 60hz monitor with 16ms of response time , if i buy an 144hz monitor with "1ms g2g" stuttering problem stop?

PC specs:
CPU: I7 7700K 4.5 ghz OC
Ram: 2x8 DDR4 hiperX fury 3000mhz
GPU: GTX 1070 AORUS rev 1.
PSU:620w Seasonic
Mobo: MSI Z270 A-PRO
HDD:Seagate 1TB
SSD: Samsung pro 840 128gb

No. Stuttering is not caused by the monitor. It's caused by the games.

Yes. The only kind of stutter a monitor can fix, is FPS/Hz mismatch judder (micro-stutter), by upgrading to a VRR monitor (G-Sync/FreeSync.)

But I assume that when you say "stuttering", you mean normal stutter, where the game is hitching due to short but severe FPS drops. But, if you want to make sure we understand what kind of stutter you mean, then you can use MSI Afterburner, enable the frametime graph, and take a screenshot when the game is stuttering.

ah! i have adaptive sync on, in Nividia control panel and fps unlock in game.. in first image fps lock on RTSS and adaptive sync on ..

Well, it's not the monitor :P This looks like a CPU stutter issue. Can happen when the game hogs the CPU completely.
