ACER XF270HA

Recently im doing a survey of 240hz monitor , find out that Acer XF270HA price is most affordable and sounds reasonable for me.
But i heard that Acer XF270HA having frame skipping issue , which i have no idea what is this even i'd already googled it

BTW , the problem can be fix by setting or any else? I'm getting it for CS GO
Or any other monitor recommendation ?
PS : My english is not good + i own Nvidia GTX1060 graphic card
