You may have an issue that requires RMA.

If impatient, try testing a different monitor input -- see if that solves that problem.

Thanks for the reply Chief!

Fortunately the white screen has stopped appearing in the past 2 days. I will RMA once it appears again.
Not sure what could have caused it, could have been the screen burn in?

No, but you said you are using multiple monitors right?
Does this EVER happen if you are only using ONE monitor? Can you fully completely test this?
If YES, then RMA it instantly.

Could be a loose connection somewhere in the monitor I wouldnt worry about it too much. If it happens a lot I would rma it dont open it up and try to fix it yourself. I have some weird colored pattern that fills the entire screen sometimes on my xl2540. But it happens very rarely usually after it comes out of sleep mode. Resetting the monitor always fixes it for me but might be a different problem.

Thanks for the reply, yes i am using dual monitor, that's why im not sure if its the problem but i highly doubt so cause i did ask around reddit and alot had the same setup but then again we will never bee too careful, so i will try it too. I bought it for dual monitor setup so.. even if the white screen occurs sometimes because of dual monitor then i have no choice but to stick with it...

I'm talking about the fact that I bought a monitor and after 2 hours there was a white screen, if you turn off and turn on the monitor, it repeats after 1-2 minutes, watch the video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwkEBeAJuyQ), I took the monitor to the warranty Department, and it was a marriage, a month later I bought a new monitor and faced the same problem, probably a problem in the power of the monitor it overheats and gives this error, I ask you if you can show a photo of your monitor serial number on the box, to compare a batch of defective monitors, here is a photo of 2 of my
