Hi all,
I need some recommendations for a backlight strobing 144hz 24" 1920 x 1080 TN monitor for gaming purposes. All I've found so far is: a) LG 24GM79B - unavailable in my country
b) LG 24GM77 - unavailable in my country
c) BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P - not very good reviews
d) ASUS VG248QE - not very god reviews
In a worse case scenario, I'll probably get the BenQ XL 2411P.
Any suggestions please? Thank you

The LG24GM79 supersedes the very bad strobing in LG24GM77, so if you get LG, you should get at least the 79.
XL2411P provides the most flexible strobe tuning capability, with Blur Busters Strobe Utility and it does support single-strobe 60Hz.
Also, have you considered a 240Hz monitor? The reason I ask is that the 240Hz monitors tend to have better & brighter 120Hz and 144Hz strobe quality.

Hi Chief,
Yes I did consider 240hz panels. But there are a few factors holding me back.
1. The best panel which the others are currently talking about, the Asus Xg248q still isn't available where I live yet.
2. Mainly buying this for rainbow six siege, where its notoriously difficult to achieve 240fps, except with a really high end pc.
3. The 240hz panels are double the price of the 144hz panels over here.
Is the Benq XL2411P good? Decent?
