I just made a video about Benq XL Series monitors' OSDs, which also touches on the "Service Page" and the "Factory Menu".
Here it is, for anyone curious:

Was using an XL2540 in the vid, but the menus of the following monitors also look more or less the same:
XL2430, XL2536, XL2546, XL2730, XL2735 and XL2740
