HELP - 25″ (24.5)- 144/240hz monitor [300$, Germany]

Hello, blurbusters! My monitor is just dying. I hope you will help me with choosing a new really good monitor.
Only in cs:go I can get 240 fps, so I'm not sure that I need a 240hz monitor. My current monitor: ProLite E2475HDS (very ugly colors, very ghosting, almost dead), but I don't want a smaller monitor than mine. But! if the monitor 24 is better than the 25 model (in terms of color, font definition, smoothing, or better panel), then I probably prefer the 24 model.
