On my local stores it is called Acer KG251QF instead of H. 144hz monitor with the latest AUO 24,5 panels (much better than the 24´ from 2011).
Acer use to have really bad overdrive, but there are a lot of youtube videos about this model saying it is a good budget monitor. No input lag values or specific values for pixel response time.
