Hello.

At the beginning I am very sorry for my poor English. Unfortunately, I'm just starting to learn. I've learned to learn other languages all my life.

I bought dell aw2518hf but it was damaged. I returned him. Now he is looking for something new.
The monitor in 75% will be used for CS: GO. I play a little in BFV. Sometimes it will be used for new games.
AW2518Hf was really phenomenal to cs: go. However, I had a problem with the freesync configuration. I was seriously bothered by the large monitor base.

I care about freesync or gsync. I think it will be useful in new games.

What should I choose?
I was thinking about several models:


1) Acer XF250QAbmiidprzx -> 279€. 240hz, freesync and pivot.

2) AOC AGON AG251FZ -> 323. 240hz

3) Acer KG251QDBMIIPX -> 232. 240hz. supposedly slower than my previous aw2518hf. In this situation, it falls out.

4) Acer Predator XB241HBMIPR -> 318. 180hz, gsync

5) LG 24GM79G-B -> 190. 144hz, motion blur reduction, pivot, Freesync.

6) BenQ ZOWIE XL2430 e-Sport -> 348. 240hz

Is it worth buying a freesync monitor for the nvidia card? apparently they are now compatible. However, are there any problems?

I will order the card as soon as possible together with the monitor: rx590 8gb sapphire nitro + or gtx 1660 / 1660ti


other:
LG 24GL600F-B 23.6 -> 213€. 144hz + motion blur reduction. Is it worth to have motion blur reduction? What does it give? Apparently 144hz with motion blur reduction is better than 240hz?

acerkg271bmiipx -> 253€ !! 240hz and freesync. I'm afraid that 27 "is too much

BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P -> 197. 144hz, there is no freesync. I do not know if it has motion blur reduction?

Acer KG241QPBIIP -> 150. Really cheap 144hz.

If you think you will enjoy Blur Reduction for CS:GO, and don't mind the larger screen, the LG 27GK750F is also an option. It's the only monitor (afaik) that can do the Large VT trick at full 240Hz, and get acceptable crosstalk. I use it as my daily, and it can absolutely match the motion clarity of my old CRT!

It also costs around 350€ in the EU, so it is way cheaper than comparable 24/25" monitors like the BenQ XL2546, which costs more, than 480 euro.

It should also work as a "G-Sync compatible" monitor with a recent Nvidia GPU, so you don't need an AMD GPU to utilize the FreeSync capability.

One big correction -- the BenQ XL2430 is only 144Hz and not 240Hz. If you want a 240Hz BenQ, it is the XL2540, XL2546 or XL2740.

I'd get a true 240Hz instead of an overclockable 180Hz. The price premium of a 180Hz overclockable isn't generally worth it, as the 180Hz ghosting often looks worse than at 144Hz. And if you're saving money, go for a good 144Hz instead.

CS:GO will certainly noticeably benefit (on average) from 240Hz with those GPUs, though newer Battle Royale games will kind of need GeForce RTX series or Radeon 7 series to get really noticeable competitive improvements in newer games such as Fortnite/PUBG.

For motion blur reduction, it can help many games (right tool for right job) but it does not always help everyone in CS:GO specifically. A well-tuned 144Hz blur reduction (using VSYNC ON or one of its low-lag equivalents) can definitely look visually better to the eyes, than 240Hz non-blur-reduction. It looks most beautiful when framerate is perfectly matched with refresh rate. Blur reduction can eliminate more than 90% of LCD motion blur, allowing CRT clarity on an LCD. But it doesn't always help all games or gaming tactics. It's a good feature to have but you might not use it in CS:GO.

I have been very curious what you said, do you really say that you have better sensations at 144Hz and 144fps with (for example) FreeSync than going to 240Hz and 240fps?
