Hi, I used to use the strobe utility all the time, but i had to do a ful restore of my computer and now the strobe utility is stuck on the UFO overlay whenever I open it.
It also says make sure monitor blur reduction is turned on first, but it already is. How do I get the overlay to not constantly pop up?
