Best 24" 1080p 144/240Hz (Gsync compatible) $200-300

I'm looking for a 24" 1080p 144/240Hz or Monitor for around $200-300 or less. I want freesync that works with g sync (RTX 2060) but a lot of the models I've been looking at are said to have high ghosting. I want the g-sync for no tearing but I also don't want ghosting or motion blur, does such a godlike monitor exist in my price range?

Monitors I've looked into so far:
Alienware aw2518hf (48-240hz range. Slightly over budget but have seen it on sale for $250-300 and if it doesn't have ghosting seems to be a winner even if I'm only going to run it at 144hz on most games.
Asus VG258Q (144hz)
Acer XFA240 bmjdpr (144hz heard it had ghosting)
Acer XF250Q (240hz)
Acer KG251Q (240hz)
Viewsonic XG2401 (144hz)
Acer XB241h(144hz little over my budget but has gsync built in

Edit: I just wanted to provide some more into on what I'm current using:
Monitor - Samsung T220HD (1680x1050 60Hz)
GPU - Asus Strix RTX 2060
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600x
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3200
MOBO - Asus Prime X-470 Pro

Some of your selections could be good candidates.

That said, you should very seriously consider 240Hz if you have an RTX series graphics card. There's enough performance in a 2060 to warrant 240Hz in many games.

Ideally, the more ideal way to competitively/professionally using VRR (FreeSync or GSYNC) is you want the refresh rate range to be a superset of your framerate range. Fitting a "50fps-200fps" framerate range game is easier with a 48fps-240fps VRR monitor. That way, you have less of those latency-inconsistency or motion-inconsistency issues of sync mode switching (e.g. automatic VSYNC ON or VSYNC OFF mode when framerates try to run above Hz), though there exists workarounds such as "capping 3fps below max Hz" to prevent that to.

For minimal ghosting on a FreeSync monitor, consider the ASUS ROG XG248Q. Most particularly, XG248Q is known to be also better at running at refresh rates lower than 240Hz too, as some 240Hz monitors have suboptimal performance running at refresh rates lower than 240Hz. It's slightly above your price range but currently $350. It has ELMB, and it is one of the FreeSync monitors that is "GSYNC Compatible" certified by NVIDIA reportedly with less ghosting than the average 240Hz FreeSync monitor.

Thank you for all the information, How you you compare the ASUS ROG XG248Q to the Alienware AW2518HF also 48-240Hz?
