Seems to be a decent 144Hz IPS display. Since its IPS, the motion blur reduction mode is not that useful. You'll probably be running it in g-sync/freesync mode instead.

My impression of the review is that it says it's a decent monitor. It doesn't say it's "very good". It does not support variable overdrive (like a true g-sync monitor can do) and thus there can be some ghosting in VRR mode, and the motion blur reduction mode has some visible crosstalk.

So it seems it's decent. Or good. But not very good.
