Not moving mouse at all, just doing long side to side strafes.

Maybe the blur (240hz is much blurrier at lower framerates tho) isn't really the issue here but input lag? Not the same monitor but: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4576&start=0

Another option could be that I'm just getting old and it's taking me longer to process what I'm seeing.

i just tried what you said. strafing and no, i can not read the text clearly when i do that.. but i do not get a double image like you do in your screenshots. so i really still think that is something that is not correct. I used to get that double img on a vg179q with elbm on so i know what it looks like. I never get it on this xg248q
