Again
They don't say it's a bad monitor actually it's a good monitor with some negatives so cannot recommand or reward it in relationship with the high price.

in short:

-The inputlag below 120hz is to high but they also say most gamers will not use this monitor below 120hz on the other hand you can choose a monitor with a inputlag-free G-sync scaler for this price
-Balance response time/overshoot not ideal
-High price €499

+Low response times
+Viewing angle and color
+Many handy tools-functionality

Indeed picture quality is good

This is the first 240hz monitor with the new AUO panel they have tested

Assuming the "Aim Stabiliser" is like ULMB, does it run on 240hz, or 144hz like the previous gen of 240hz monitors?

Up, same question. Does the "Aim Stabilizer" feature runs at 240hz??

Hey guys,

I got the KD25F yesterday and yes, Aim Stabilizer (Blur Reduction Mode) runs at 240 Hz. So far I'm really happy with this monitor. But it's true, that the Input Lag is high at 60 Hz, even with the newest Firmware. So keep that in mind if you plan on using it with a console too.

@Chief Blur Buster

Can you please give me the best CRU settings for this monitor? I saw in another post, that you got this monitor too and I'd like to optimize it with the best settings. Unfortunately I really haven't figured out how to use CRU properly yet. All I did so far was increasing Vertical Totals to the max (1200) so it stays just under 600 Mhz Pixel Clock (599.04), because I read, that it improves the Blur reduction mode. I use Aim Stabilizer with this monitor btw so please keep that in mind if you can give me better CRU settings. I'll attach a screenshot of my current CRU settings.

Apparently this monitors input lag goes way up from 120hz and down, up to 30+ ms input delay at 60hz!! Is this with all new 240hz panels? Or only with the gigabyte one? How about the Acer XF252Q?

At 240 Hz I didn't notice any input lag at all with the kd25f. Ultimately I returned it because the backlight strobing was too dark and I found 25" was a bit too small for me. I'm waiting on the BenQ Zowie XL2746S to release later this week so I can grab it.

For anybody considering to buy this monitor: The greyed out colors and low brightness when enabling the Blur Reduction Mode are simply a bug on this monitor, which is easily fixable. It only happens to me when I switch Aim Stabilizer from Off to On. If you let the Aim Stabilizer enabled in your default profile (preferrably in the OSD Sidekick software), it never happens. This definitely is an annoying bug for people who like to switch profiles during daily usage, but for me personally it's not an issue, because I only use it for gaming and just leave it enabled.

BTW I can really recommend this monitor to anybody looking for the competitive edge. I'm pretty sure it has quite alot lower input lag overall than my previous 240 Hz monitor: AOC Agon AG251FZ and the "Aim Stabilizer" really eliminates Motion Blur to almost 0. I also didn't have any issue with the Overdrive set to the highest mode "Speed" even though it's said to be bad in reviews. I think they fixed the issue with the F04 firmware update (there is F05 out already now and I hope there will be even more updates in the future).

Can you provide pictures? I've returned this monitor only because of that thing you call bug, but is considered normal on ever other monitor.

Just received mine with a dead pixel so I have to send it back.
In the meantime, what are the best color settings?

27" TN is going to look so... bad.

The viewing angles are so bad at 24" let alone 27"!
