Just a quick update -- I did some basic monitor calibration and the colours look a lot better now. I used the Lagom LCD test to adjust gamma and contrast. I'm using the stock "2.2" gamma mode on the monitor and applying correction via the Nvidia driver. I recommend you do this (or better) if you do get the XF252Q. Very happy with my purchase so far.

No, it has limited availability and it costs me 16.5 EUR every time i send it back.
