XN253QX or XF252Q or ViewSonic XG2402 or XL2411P?

I just bought the Acer Predator XB252Q 240Hz two weeks ago.
I was about to send it back to the store and get the Asus XG248Q because it has a smaller screensize.

Now I stumbled on the topic of Notty_PT viewtopic.php?t=4914 why 144 hz is better then 240 hz for games like PUBG, Apex Legends and Quake Champions. (the games i mainly play)

I understand his logic that if a game drops below 200 fps the 240hz monitor overdrive cant keep up and influences your aim pretty drastically. Also if you cap the framerate ingame @ lets say 138 fps.
This sounded familiar to me: Just before I bought the Acer Predator XB252Q 240Hz I sold my 27" GSYNC 240Hz Acer Predator XB272 ( cause the screen was to big) what led me to play on my old 120hz 2ms 24'' Samsung Syncmaster SA700 for 3 days. I have to say that the gameplay was surprisely good! PUBG was on 120fps constant. I noticed this! And I liked the 24" size a loth! The game experience was different in a postive way. I dont think this was placebo.

This topic had me convinced to buy a ViewSonic XG2402 144hz 24" monitor or the BENQ XL2411P so there would not be any overdrive issues so I would have less input lag plus I had a 24" monitor. The size I like better than a 24,5"

After this I stumbled on the topic of steel 116: Acer XF252Q - this is my endgame viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5644
He tried all the monitors I am interested in.
Now my main question is how's the overdrive below 200 fps on the Acer XF252Q 240 Hz? Does the 0.5 MS/ 0.3 MS compensates this enough to have lower inputlag then the ViewSonic XG2402 or a BENQ XL2411P?

My other question is:
I have a
GPU: Asus ROG STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING
CPU: I7-6700K 4.6 GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Mobo: Asus MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO

Shall I go with the XN253QX or XF252Q if I decide to go 240hz?

https://www.amazon.com/Acer-XF252Q-Xbmi ... merReviews shows the XF252Q has a 0.3 ms Response Time. https://amazon.com/Acer-Predator-XN253Q ... uage=en_US shows the XN253QX has a 0.4 ms respons time.

The difference of 0.1 ms makes me whant to go with the XF252Q but is the AMD Radeon FreeSync Technology fully compatible with my NVIDIA Asus ROG STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING GPU?

I hope I have read enough on this forum not to sound stupid.
