Weird white horizontal lines near the edge of the screen

These will often appear with high velocity scanouts:
- Large vertical totals
- Strobed operation
- Overclocking
This is normal for many 144Hz monitors, and your case is very faint, it is usually an interaction between LCD inversion and a monitor being pushed to its limits.
Turning off blur reduction & resetting to factory defaults and using 144Hz reduced VT, will put things back to the way they are. But if you're trying to get improved motion clarity, you will need to push the limits of your monitor (higher velocity scanout -- as in refreshing faster in high speed video).
