Does the HP Omen X 25f has a low blue light feature?

It has a low blue light color settings if it's what you are looking for. I don't think that's better than softwares like flux except it shouldn't have added input lag. (I didn't measure)

Cool, do you know if the blue light filter is a slider or is it an on-off type setting?

That's just a color preset with R=253 G=220 and B=200. So you can tune RGB individually after.
