What angle do pros use for there monitor?

Im looking for a guide that shows the best angle to put your monitor.
The best angle used to be your eyes almost on top of the edge of the screen.
Now on all the pro Pubg tournaments etc. I see the monitors tilted in some weird angle!! Anyone has some info on this? I tried to google a screenshot of a tourny but its hard. Instead a screenshot of Danucd using that angle:
