Best settings for performance "LG 27gl650f-b"?

Hi guys, this is the first time I write on this fantastic forum where I found a lot of valuable information offered by you. I want to ask you 2 questions:

1° Since I recently purchased the LG 27gl650f-b"VRR", I would like to know if the solution I adopt is optimal or should I change something to get the best in terms of performance? I use G-SYNC + Low latency mode at ultra + in-game fps cap 141 "should I insert the V-Sync on?" Also in games where I play the frame rate is very stable at 141.

2° This less important. I have seen that on this monitor the "Dynamic action sync" DAS is advertised in the OSD I do not see any settings in this regard, this makes me think that it is already pre-activated and without the possibility of activating / deactivating it, can anyone confirm?
