Alt tab changes my games looks?

i dont really know how to explain my situation. resolution issues i guess?whenever im gaming.alt tabbing makes my game totally different.games character sometimes become bigger/smaller.. like my resolution changed but settings wasnt touched.my mouse dpi felt different as i usually play fps games so the difference can be felt...sometimes i wonder if my eyes were the one playing tricks on me but i def felt differences.in cs go console page whenever i alt tab out of cs go and back it writes "window resized" i went to ask a friend to test if his page has "window resized" his answer was no..i changed gpu. monitor used to be xb272,acer was kind enough to do a trade for me due to my "problems" to xn253q x (both has gsync) but problems still persists.any1 got any clue?? g sync related problems?or?(it happens on every games)

its called memory leak its nothing u can do about it https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_leak to fix it u need restart the game until game engineer fix it
