Unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen. Anything below 120 hz and this thing starts having serious crosstalk with DyAc which is a shame for lower fps gaming.Falkentyne wrote: ↑30 Apr 2020, 16:15Looks nice.
I would buy this monitor if there were a way for me to "Trick" it into single strobing at 60hz. But I assume if there isn't a way to trick it on an XL2720Z (even though the XL2720Z has a single strobe option, I mean with it set to double strobe at 60-85hz), then that wouldn't work here either I guess my wait continues...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S Owners Thread
You can confirm if 100 120 and 125Hz has double strobe ?
Double strobe cause double image, but is not crosstalk, is homogeneously showed in all screen.
Crosstalk is not homogeneously, is more noticeable in some parts of screen, less in others, due to this difference you can identify it.
Both can occur at the same time. But since this monitor is very fast, i suppose very low or none crosstalk at these moderate frequencies.
Thanks.

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S Owners Thread
Does anyone know if the xl2746s or xl2546s compete with the HP OMEN X 25f in regards to total response time and input lag at native resolution/240hz?
Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S Owners Thread
Good question, specially when the omen 25f is half the priceDrUninstall wrote: ↑02 May 2020, 10:02Does anyone know if the xl2746s or xl2546s compete with the HP OMEN X 25f in regards to total response time and input lag at native resolution/240hz?

Judging from newer TN panels. It's faster, it has better motion clarity but worse colours and view angles.
For competitive gaming, XL2746S is a no-brainer. You can have the time response/input lag and motion clarity of a TN + turn on DyAC+ if you want a motion blur tech significantly superior.

Correct, the XL2746S has better input lag, g2g and esp BFI/motion handling than all of them. I'd say it ranks as the #1 gaming monitor on the market right now. As for colors, you be the judge (one in this picture is an LG VA panel and the other XL2746S):DrUninstall wrote: ↑02 May 2020, 12:14Judging from newer TN panels. I mean, it's kinda obvious that it has a better time and lag than those IPS monitors. My only doubt is whether it's faster than the fastest TN right now (OMEN X 25f). If it does, then it's undoubtedly the best gaming monitor for online PVP. WIthout a doubt. Turn of DYAC and have the fastest monitor in the market, turn on DYAC and have one of the fastest monitors in the market with amazing motion clarity.

It definitely beats the HP. The numbers are posted on the first page.

Pretty sure these monitors' cutoff point for double strobe is 96hz. Unless it was changed to 85hz or something.AddictFPS wrote: ↑02 May 2020, 10:01You can confirm if 100 120 and 125Hz has double strobe ?

On the old Z series Mstar monitors, the cutoff was 96hz unless you overrode it in the service menu.
