I dont know I ordered from amazon uk a week ago for pretty good price around 450 dollars~430 EUR, but I asked amazon they really dont know the delivery date, its weird because in benq eu store still available for 530 EUR.

I dont wanna wait 1 month or more.

Now the Dell Alienware AW2521HFL 281 pound in dell uk store, iam really thinking on it,,,sh*t!!

What do you think guys?

The entire reason to get this monitor is DyAc+, if you don't use it then you are using a very expensive G-Sync "compatible" monitor that usually would retail for around £300-350.

I have the Acer Predator XN253QX 240Hz and it's great, G-Sync Module, 144Hz ULMB (but I stick to G-Sync), latest TN panel that looks extremely good for a TN. I managed to get it for £380, down from it's usual price of £450-£500.

I honestly couldn't be happier. I tried the 144Hz version of this same monitor but it didn't use the latest TN panel and it was nowhere near as impressive as this.

So guys what's the LOWEST refresh rate this monitor can 'single strobe' at?

I assume it can do 100 hz single strobe (with a vertical total VT tweak to lower crosstalk, etc?) Or does it start double strobing at 100hz?
I thought the cutoff for single / double strobe without the SS override enabled was 96hz, to be precise (that's how it was on the XL2720Z/XL2420Z).

Hi,
i saw that message the day you posted it, but you're talking about strobe crosstalk there, while I'm talking about single vs double strobe.
I probably should not have even mentioned the VT tweaks and crosstalk. Probably just wound up making things confusing. I'm sorry.

My precise question is, does it double strobe at 100hz? Or does it single strobe? You can just look at 60hz and 100hz...if both have an obvious double image across the -entire- screen like 60hz, then its double all the way. If 100hz has at least part of the screen with a nice single smooth image without a double image, it's single strobe.

Sorry I just have to make sure before I throw away $600 on what could be a bad purchase. I do not have a lot of money. Not as well off as most people here. Thank you.

I'm not sure how to go about getting the perfect settings for the monitor which VT is the best, the least amount of crosstalk possible and how to use that strobe utility I've looked through the forum but I feel like the strobe utility doesn't get me the most optimal blurr reduction, it's suppose to be top 2 and bottom 2 is where the blur gets worse vs the middle of the screen right?

Can someone explain DyAc+ on xl2546s?
Is that thing increases input lag or response time?
I'm all in for performance and if it does literally nothing and I wont be gaining anything I'd get the xl2546

Everything you see this monitor advertised as includes dyac+ on its default always on you can't turn it off unless you open up its service menu.

DyAC is toggled in the regular menu and isn’t always on. I wouldn’t recommend keeping it on unless you’re gaming.

I have the same doubt, maybe Dirty Scrubz could give us a 100FPS/Hz ufo pursuit camera video. Does it very weel, amazing quality, is almost like see directly what there are if you are in front of monitor. Thanks in advance !
