I'm also interested on this model, but i prefer wait to see deep review with professional equipment, and compare it Vs XL2740.

XL2746S will be more expensive, and i want confirm if are improved GtG or others features Vs 2740.

My main interest in this model is know the 2746 frequency's range allowed to single-strobe, and if there are any range where is 100% crosstalk-free.

I prefer if support single-strobe range 50-240Hz to allow also Europe 50p video streams, but if is 60-240, is enought.

I'm so sick and tired of these companies.... Why does the 27" always come first? Give us 24-25" for gaming, dammit! THAT IS THE ****ING TARGET AUDIENCE WITH 240Hz TN! I DON'T WANT A 27" MONITOR!

As I previously speculated, companies' goal is to profit, so I feel like they opt to release 'new gen' monitors in bigger size, first, in order to maximize profit by selling these to the people who would rather not wait, rather than release both variants and potentially lose money with people opting to go for the smaller sized ones... That doesn't mean that it's any less infuriating, though.
EDIT: I talked about it on Discord and someone mentioned that 27" (1080p) is probably cheaper to produce (due to pixel density), so that may be it... Still infuriating, though.

Have they mentioned anything about a 24-25"? :(

    I prefer 1080p on 27" rather than on 24.5"
320 cd/㎡ brightness. why so low? I wonder what panel is being used and how does it compare to Acer XN253QX with it's 400 cd/m² and good contrast panel.

Hmm you might be on to something there XD

I'm also interested in a XL2546S: the 0.5ms GtG it promises and input lag tests.

Yea it's interesting. XL2540 (no DyAc) has 400, but XL2740 (also no DyAc) has 320, just like DyAc variants (XL2746 and XL2546).

Yesterday, searching info about XL2746S, i saw one leaked image show the XL2546S model is coming, Freesync, DyAc+, hope is not a fake.

Another separate matter out of competition task, for players that love XL2740 and want less pixel pitch and maintain 240Hz, Lenovo has the Y27gq-25 1440p 240Hz, but without motion blur reduction :( , since June 2019, AOC the AG273QZ with the same specs, why BenQ/Zowie not manufacture one monitor with this sharp and fast 27" TN QHD 8bits px0,233mm 0,5ms-GtG AUO panel ? I can't understand...

With the best current hardware can move 1440p strobed 100FPS/Hz without any problem with the correct settings, and take advantage of 240Hz to have herzroom for good strobe without/low crosstalk, 1440p at 27" is much better to avoid artifacts like aliasing, shimmering (shader aliasing), more detailed textures, and use less GPU resources that apply heavy AA at 1080p, and as better geometry performance (sharp far objects).

Maybe Viewsonic + BlurBusters can make this dream real, of course i buy it.

Same, I prefer 27" over 24.5" even at 1080p. Too bad Zowie's PR guys on twitter are clueless, they told me the monitor would be available by now on their website when it's clearly not. I was planning on getting it day one off their website but then I looked at their pixel policy and wasn't too happy with it so I'll wait until it's on Amazon.

Pixel policy is a big problem.

Some customers received a new BenQ/Zowie with dead pixel Right Out Of The Box, this is very annoying :(

BenQ sould detect this post-manufacturing fails, and sell the monitors with pixel problems with a diferent name.

For example, XL2746S Grade-B has pixel issues, but not more that the current policy say, and can sell it with the official price -25%, and Grade-A is a perfect unit "Verified", with official price +25%.

If one pixel fails at Grade-A, BenQ change it to new Grade-A, and refurbishe the panel and sell it again, clean and revised, with the name Grade-B Refurbished.

    So, if official price is 600$ ? Grade-A 750$, Grade-B 450$, Grade-B Refurbished 400$

People that accept Grade-B can save money, and people that want perfect panel have one way.
