Asus Rog Strix XG248Q clouding

Hello,

i'm searching gaming monitors about 3 month and what i notices is almost every 240hz monitors have defects(blb/glow/scanlines, clouding ghosting and others)
i want to buy xg248q cuz new pannel(strobing 240hz) and his size(23.8) but there are many rewviws said it has clouding problems.
please help me is this big problem? i will use browing/movies and fps gaming.. also is there big different image quality xg248 to xg258?
