Hi, is there any good monitor 27", IPS, 144hz, ULMB/1MRSP, FHD/WQHD to 300$? I was thinking about LG 27GL650F-B, he got g-sync comp., and 1ms MBR (is it same as MPRT or as ULMB?), because as I know 1ms MPRT=ULMB----->1ms GtG

Moved to General, that's the better place for these kinds of Qs
MPRT and GtG are different
Just to be clear, MPRT and GtG are two different things. See Pixel Response FAQ: GtG versus MPRT
MPRT is not a brand of motion blur reduction
And MPRT is not a brand name for blur reduction, although to get "1ms MPRT" (not "1ms GtG") generally requires a strobe backlight mode, so sometimes low MPRT is currently synonymous with motion blur reduction. See Motion Blur Reduction FAQ for a list of motion blur reduction brand names.

How important is quality of blacks to you? I'm not sure how much it can vary on IPS displays in that price range...
