I was following the guide on strobe utility.
but whenever I changed the settings on the program I did not see any difference, so I restarted; I didn't change anything on the app but now when motion blur reduction is on the screen is way too bright and dark when the option is turned off.
and when I try to change the settings on the strobe utility program my monitor restarts.
Please help
