25" 240Hz 1080p

Post by verllar » 22 Feb 2020, 18:53

Hello, I'm looking for 25", 240Hz, 1080p, monitor for pure comp. Can be g-sync module, but if there is better freesync(g-sync comp) model it's still OK. Lowest MPRT, GTG etc:) BTW I hear some good things about xl2546 with dyac, doesnt it will be much worse than g-sync comp/module standard 240hz. Of course in games where fps drops even to 40fps if stacked. Both with fps cap, and v-sync in nvcp.

It depends on the game and you can't really say that. Sure you don't need g-sync for CSGO, because you can easily maintain stable 240FPS, but you sure as hell need g-sync for Fortnite, where the FPS is very unstable and changes significantly during stacked end-games, for instance.
