XL2540 audio

Post by sunhunter » 23 May 2020, 15:06

Hello, i have xl2540 and it has audio and mic jack on left side, is it better to use it instead of motherboard? My motherboard is really cheap/budget one so i assume it has really bad audio.
I won't have any delay or something?

You mean audio from your graphics card via HDMI or DP? It is not always better than modern motherboards internal codec (even cheap). For better sound use discrete card (i.e. ASUS XONAR, Creative Sound Blaster etc).
