Acer Nitro XZ272U image color shift and text flickering out when scrolling white text under black.
I have two problem or they could be just the same.
The first image shows a pattern of fencing XXXX, when I move the image around the screen, the color shifts between greyish to redish as you can see in this video link I uploaded.

The 2nd image is when I scrolling white text under black background, the white text as I am scrolling seems to be fading out.

i set it to overdrive and it helps a little, but its off because I am using freesync and G sync with my Nividia quadro RTX 4000.
Resolution is set to Native. Using DP port from GPU to monitor. I am running windows 10 with two monitor, the other monitor is Acer p244w, which is older model and seems to run perfectly find compare to this new monitor.
This monitor is native 2560x1440 WQHD 165Hz.
However the screen was so bright that I had to adjust brightness to 0 for my eyes.
I try every other types of setting, but I don't know how to resolve these flickering issues. I don't know if it could be ghosting, or because of low refresh rate. I'm asking here in the forum before I sent help from acer support.

This is Ghosting/Pursuit Camera test, its really bad, my older monitor at 60mhz have no issues.
