Recommendations for IPS 1440p 144hz/165hz monitor

Hi what are the best IPS 1440p 144hz / 165hz monitor in the market available currently? In 2019 LG GL 850 was one of the best 144hz IPS at 1440p, but currently we are at mid 2020, what are the best in the market?
2. on the side node, is it worth purchasing Acer Predator XB271HU for $300 dollars or an LG GL 850 for $450? thats the offer / pricing going on in my country at the moment. How is the comparison between these 2 monitor?
Anyways i would be interested to know any recommendations for 144hz /165 IPS at 1440p IPS 27inch monitor currently.
