Is it a problem if my monitor screen appears dashed white lines on the edge of the screen? Is this a big problem for long lines? until now if my laptop starts to heat the white line gets thicker .. what should I do? thank you

That is a panel defect -- and it may degrade.

If your laptop is still under warranty, I highly recommend a warranty claim.
